place is a bit tired but staff were lovely, clean room and served it's purpose...don't rely on taxi service tho it's dire
Very welcoming,arrived late and the receptionist was brilliant quick check in, extra tea and coffee nothing too much trouble. Great pillows ! Comfy nights sleep hot water in the morning.
Very glad to see this place after a long day of driving. Very friendly receptionist with a great sense of humour and helpful. Had a good stay here.
A pleasant place to stay within easy reach of many historic sites and amenities such as the Falkirk wheel. Very pleasant and helpful staff. I would recommend and will come again.
