Let down by my main dealer yet again, Jim Clark at Protorq sorted it out. My car needed an MOT quickly as when in my main dealer they had decided to keep this a secret from despite asking if I would like to be notified when it was due, which I said yes please do. Despite having paid in advance for them to MOT my car I decided that going to a garage where you can trust to spoken to like a human being and told the truth is worth much more. Jim booked the car in and I returned later in the day to pick up my car all ready and MOT'd. He was extremely accommodating in getting me booked in and was flexible around my working hours. Not only is James one of the friendliest mechanics Ive used, my car had been cleaned and a new air freshener installed upon collection! My car is running beautifully with no issues to report. Stopped in for a quick check as we were seeing some white smoke coming out of the tailpipe on the motorway. Jim came out and helped us right away. He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and very kind. He got us up and going in ten minutes and made sure we were safe to get back on the road. It's hard to find a mechanic who is so friendly and doesn't charge an arm and a leg for services. Highly recommend this place for anything you could need!!!
