Went for lunch and really enjoyed it, the food was excellent as far as we were concerned. Staff are very good and attentive, the shop has been enlarged and some lovely gifts/food. Would recommend.
Had a wonderful lunch of homemade soup and bread in the main dining room followed by a cup of tea while curled up on a comfy sofa. The food and service are both fantastic. Purchased a loaf of bread to takeaway. Store had a great selection of gifts and larder had everything a cool could want including prepared meals you only have to put into the oven. Wonderful selection of wines and Gins also. Dog and child friendly including an outside play are for kids and a wonderful deck to enjoy on a warm day.
Now extended with the addition of a coffee shop, larger store are car park. Nice views over loch Leven and a good place to start a nice long walk. Food store with a good selection of local produce including wines, spirits and beers. As with most of these country type store/cafes prices are on the high side. The parking is free however with a dedicated disabled area.
Lovely walks. Great location and views. Food is excellent and service is polite, friendly and helpful. Prices are good considering the high quality of the food. Will be definitely coming back. Would recommend.
Food very good but service non existent. At one point 6 staff behind counter but no one waiting on table. Was going to have cake and more coffee but ended up leaving.
